The South Point mall is located in Phase-V of Gurgaon and is intended to cater to our current and planned residential projects in that area like The Aralias, The Magnolias, The Princeton, The Carlton Estates, Trinity Towers, etc. The project will comprise of a total lettable area of approximately 300,000 square feet of high quality retail space and will include a supermarket, department stores, smaller retail outlets and a food court. The project will also provide parking for up to 620 cars.
